For a non-profit client, we developed a fundraising tool on the client's CRM platform, that helped them manage donors, donor moves and thus build stronger, one-on-one relationships with major donors. The tool empowered the fundraising team with an accurate view into their daily priorities, while providing the decision makers accurate insights and analytics into the process. 
 
Program CRM Design and Set Up
 
We designed a custom online class enrollment system to automate registrations and enrollments, payments and provider scheduling. This resulted in improved operational efficiency and helped the organization identify potential renewals and follow up, resulting in more returning students.

For a client in specialty food wholesale and equipment rental space, we designed a response system to manage service requests and trouble tickets. This helped respond to client-site equipment failures with appropriate case escalation and led to prompt response and reduced downtime.  Our client saw improved satisfaction of their customer base.
